Different packages are available
At the gates
Printed Ticket: You received a printed ticket at the time of purchase (or via DHL). Do not laminate it. The bar code must be readable.
E-Ticket: E-tickets must be printed on A4 paper. The bar code must be readable and scannable (see terms of use printed on the e-ticket). Download the e-ticket from My Account. You will not be able to collect your ticket at the circuit.
M-Ticket: This ticket contains a unique, impossible to forge QR code that can be scanned at the gates.
Once you have confirmed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you gave when you opened your account. If you did not receive the email from us, please check the email registered in your ACO account. Typos happen !
The presale or early bird rate is a discounted rate when tickets first go on sale.
Valid for a Weekend pass only.
Yes, current members are offered tickets at a special rate. Make sure you use the same email as your membership account. Discounts and other entitlements apply throughout your membership year.

Yes, there is a special rate for you and the person accompanying you.
NB: For French residents, a disabled parking permit is not sufficient proof of disability. If you are visiting from abroad, please show your “blue badge” disabled parking permit to prove eligibility. A parking permit can be booked free of charge on the 24H Camions official ticketing website. This provides access to parking area P7E within the circuit.
Yes. Please present a valid student card and photo ID.

These rates also apply to 16 to 18-year-olds in full-time education.

The Ticket Office reserves the right to ask for supplementary proof or to cancel the booking if the proof does not fulfil requirements.
A group rate is applicable for the purchase of 25 or more Weekend General Enclosure tickets ordered at the same time.

Works Councils are awarded a discount of up to 20%. See the Works Council page for details.
NB: a business card is not proof of eligibility.
Under-16s accompanied by an adult ticket-holder are admitted free of charge. Please show photo ID at the gate indicating the child’s date of birth.
Children will be issued with a wristband on which to write their name and your telephone number.
Spectators can access the grandstands free of charge throughout the weekend, except for the following:
- Grandstand 34: two blocks will be reserved for VIP Pack holders.
- Grandstand 17: for ACO members on presentation of their membership card.
Yes, the paddock area and grandstand seating overlooking the pit straight is open to the public on the Saturday and Sunday.
However, access to the pit building is subject to additional authorisation.
Reminder: no smoking permitted in the paddock.
The official ticket office accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express card payment.
In stores and at the gates, we accept payment by credit/debit card or cash.

No, we do not accept payments by cheque.
E-tickets should be printed in colour or black-and-white, on a sheet of white A4 (21x29.7cm) paper. To avoid rejection, please make sure the impression is of good quality and clearly readable.
If you prefer a paper ticket, a postage fee will be charged, or purchase directly from a Store.
Passes will be sent by post, up to a week before the event. Postage will be charged according to delivery address.
No passes will be sent without pre-payment of postage. Passes not sent by post will be available for collection at the Accreditation Centre prior to the event (ID required).
For last-minute orders placed nearer to the event, passes will be available for collection at the Accreditation Centre. ID will be required.
According to our terms and conditions of sale, ticket purchases cannot be refunded.
ABSENCE OF COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Under article L.121-21-8 of the French consumer code, the cooling-off period, during which a purchase can be cancelled, does not apply to leisure activities on a specified date.
However, you will be offered a refund if you are admitted to hospital (proof required) or if the event is postponed or cancelled. The booking fee (7.5%) will be deducted.
Yes, tickets are transferable.
However, it is forbidden to resell a ticket for more than its face value.
