Different packages are available
- Your Ticket: It was given to you during your purchase (or via DHL plus shipping costs). It must not be laminated and the bar code must be readable.
- Your M-Ticket: For added security, accessible only via the Le Mans Tickets mobile application. This application will allow you to transfer your tickets to their recipient(s). Therefore, it will no longer be possible to print your ticket.
Application available 1st quarter 2025
Once you have confirmed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you gave when you opened your account.
If you have not received the email, a typo may have prevented the confirmation from being sent or your inbox may have blocked the incoming email and put it in the Trash section.

Yes, current members are offered tickets at a special rate. Make sure you use the same email as your membership account. Discounts and other entitlements apply throughout your membership year.

This is a preferential rate on the Weekend Race Entry ticket for a person with a disability, upon presentation of the Disability Card greater than or equal to 80% or the Mobility Inclusion Card (CMI) “ Disability”. The price also applies to an accompanying person.
Please note: the Priority Card for Disabled Persons and the “Priority” CMI (corresponding to a disability of less than 80%) or “Parking” alone do not allow you to benefit from the reduction. For foreign spectators, a badge or a blue parking card will justify a preferential rate.
A car parking ticket can be booked free of charge on the official 24 Heures Camions ticket office website for holders of a CMI “Parking” card (provide the following link ticket.24h-camions.com), allowing access to the P7E car park , located inside the circuit. Map to download when booking online.
This preferential rate on a Weekend Course Entry ticket applies upon presentation of a student card (up to 25 years old) for the current year and proof of identity.

*Rates also applicable to 16-18 year olds in school, upon presentation of a school certificate for the current year.
The order can be placed directly on the site by downloading proof.
The Ticketing Service reserves the right to require another supporting document or to cancel the order if it judges the document to be non-compliant.
This preferential rate is applied to Weekend Race Entry tickets from 25 tickets.

The reduced rate granted to works councils and applied from the first ticket, applies to Race Weekend Entry tickets only, with no minimum order (up to -20% per ticket). For more information, please consult our page dedicated to Works Councils.
NB: the simple presentation of a professional card does not allow you to benefit from the reduction.
Access to the event is free for children under 16 on the day of the race, accompanied by at least one adult with a Race Entry ticket. Please provide proof including name, first name, photo and date of birth to present directly at the circuit entrances.
Limit of 4 children per adult.
A bracelet will be given to them, on which you can enter their identity and your telephone number.
Spectators can access the grandstands free of charge throughout the weekend, except for the following:
- Grandstand 34: two blocks will be reserved for VIP Pack holders.
- Grandstand 17: for ACO members on presentation of their membership card.
Yes, the paddock area and grandstand seating overlooking the pit straight is open to the public on the Saturday and Sunday.
However, access to the pit building is subject to additional authorisation.
Reminder: no smoking permitted in the paddock.
The official ticket office accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express card payment.
In stores and at the gates, we accept payment by credit/debit card or cash.
Yes, it is possible to pay for your order by holiday vouchers (paper to be sent by registered mail).
Please note, your reservation is valid for 3 rolling days. Please notify Customer Service if you wish to pay by holiday vouchers. However, please note that payments made over the phone cannot exceed €100.

No, we do not accept payments by cheque.
- In digital ticket: only in the Le Mans Tickets application. No printing on pape
- In thermal ticket: subject to payment of shipping costs or directly in Store
Passes will be sent by post, up to a week before the event. Postage will be charged according to delivery address.
No passes will be sent without pre-payment of postage. Passes not sent by post will be available for collection at the Accreditation Centre prior to the event (ID required).
For last-minute orders placed nearer to the event, passes will be available for collection at the Accreditation Centre. ID will be required.
According to our terms and conditions of sale, ticket purchases cannot be refunded.
ABSENCE OF COOLING-OFF PERIOD
Under article L.221-8 of the French consumer code, the cooling-off period, during which a purchase can be cancelled, does not apply to leisure activities on a specified date.
However, you will be offered a refund if you are admitted to hospital (proof required) or if the event is postponed or cancelled. The booking fee (7.5%) will be deducted.
Yes, tickets are transferable. However, it is forbidden to resell a ticket for more than its face value.
