GETTING TO THE CIRCUIT - BEST PRACTICES

We urge you to leave plenty of time. Queues are likely due to security checks.


There are several checkpoints: bag and jacket inspection, metal detector and pat-down search.

Please open your bag and jacket ready for inspection.

Please also have your ticket and ID ready to show.


STAYING SAFE, TOGETHER. SAFETY IS EVERYONE’S CONCERN.


France maintains a security alert system. You are therefore invited to:


  1. Follow safety instructions and obey the site regulations.
  2. Report any suspicious behaviour or unattended luggage.
  3. Never leave your belongings unattended.

FIRST AID

First aiders are on hand across the site. Don’t hesitate to call our staff (+33 (0)2 43 40 38 15) or make your way to the centrally located medical unit.

Free hearing protection for the under-16s (in partnership with ALPINE HEARING) is available at the First-Aid stations around the circuit. Also for sale in the official ACO stores, priced €5 per pair.

PETS

It is forbidden to enter the grounds with an animal, except in designated camping areas and except dogs accompanying holders of a disability card as stipulated in article L.241-3 of the French Family and Social Action Code; To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, the ACO asks you to behave responsibly and courteously at all times.
